Frequently asked questions about renting a
bounce house from Just bouncin Around Inc.
Q. Who sets up the bounce house?
A. We deliver, set up, and take down the unit.
Each bounce house is fully vacuumed and
sanitized after each use.
Q. Why can’t I pick up the bounce house and set
it up myself?
A. Our main concern at Bounce-Around is
safety. Some companies allow their customer’s to
pick up the unit and take it home and set it up
themselves. However, we do not feel that this is
a good idea. We are trained to evaluate the
site, use appropriate stakes and straps to
secure the unit to the ground, and bring to your
attention some safety issues, which sometimes
may go unnoticed. There is no extra charge for
this service, and there are no hidden costs.
Q. What is Bounce-Around’s foul weather policy?
A. Rain and high winds are the two most
common types of bad weather. If it should happen
to rain, you can proceed with leaving
the bounce house up and they can still be used.
DO NOT deflate the bounce houses. Doing so
causes the rain to build up on top of the bounce
house, which would cause some complications for
pickup. The only time you should deflate the
bounce house is if winds exceed 20 MPH. If local
weather forecasts are calling for rain or winds
exceeding 20 MPH on the day of your rental,
Bounce-Around may have to cancel your rental for
safety concerns. On the morning of delivery, if
it is raining we will call you prior to dropoff
to see if you still want the bounce house. If
you decide not to take it on that day, we will
not charge you and will ask if you would like to
reschedule for a later date.
Q. How far in advance do I need to reserve a
bouncer?
A. ASAP! As soon as you have a confirmed date
for your party, we highly recommend that you
book your bouncer for that date. Don't wait!
There's nothing worse than getting your party
organized, then calling up to book a bounce
house, and finding that none are available.
There is nothing we hate worse than having to
turn someone down. However, it happens. If this
happens, at best, all we can do is refer you to
one of our partner companies, or put you on
standby, in the event of a cancellation. Why not
just avoid the stress, and book it now. We can
book as far as one year in advance. If you have
a last minute plans to rent a bounce house, if
you've just found out about us, or if your other
company is giving your grief, give us a call
anyway. We can't promise anything, but alot of
times we've had those last minute bookings and
were able to get to the party on time. You never
know, unless you call us.
Q. What kind of deposit is required?
A. At this time, we do not require a deposit.
Q. What method of payments can I use?
A. We accept cash, checks (made payable to
"Just boucin aronnd" please),please note that
there is a $35 NSF fee on all returned checks.
Q. How many kids can bounce at one time?
A. Age Group Maximum Capacity Children 8 and
under: 8 Children 9 to 12: 5 to 6 Older teens: 3
to 4 Over 17: 2-3
Q. Can a bounce house be set up inside?
A. Yes, our units can be set up indoors or
outdoors. Ceiling height should be at least 20
feet high. A school, church gymnasium or
auditorium provides plenty of room.
Q. Is Just Bouncin-Around Insured?
A. Yes, we are fully insured with the state
required liability insurance policy. A copy of
our insurance will be shown to you at the time
of your rental.
What do I need to do to reserve a bounce house?
Set your party date and time
Pick out a level grassy area, 20x20 with at
least 20 foot overhead clearance (no branches or
power lines).
Make sure it's within 100 feet of a power
source.

We will need your name, address, zip code,
telephone number, date and time of party,
time of desired delivery.
Send out the invites, and be sure to put in
there that there will be an inflatable bounce
house moonwalk from Just Bouncin
Around Rentals!
The day prior to your scheduled rental, we will
call to confirm and to give you an estimated
delivery time of when we will be there.
Reason we ask for time of delivery and time of
party? We try and Accommodate everyone, and may
need to adjust the delivery time based on that
days deliveries. We ask for the time of the
party, to ensure that we have the bounce house
setup in plenty of time for your party
